THE HOTEL:

THE PRACTICE: Guided by Lori Ann Ferreri, our program features daily mindful movement and yoga paired with morning meditation and breathwork.

THE SURF: We will spend select days surfing on Morocco's stunning Taghazout beaches with expert guides. Each day includes two hours of surf instruction, two hours of beach time, and supervised surfing. 

All equipment is provided, and all levels of experience are welcome. We are beginner surfers!

THE CUISINE: We embrace a mostly vegetarian Moroccan cuisine with a few options for meat and fish. All meals onsite are home-cooked with love and designed to be balanced and nourishing. The tagine!!! 

THE EXCURSIONS: Immerse yourself in Moroccan culture with local activities and excursions, including a visit to the souk, an afternoon in the fishing village Imsouane, and a cooking class to learn how to make the perfect Tagine. All excursions and transports are included in your package. 

THE TRAVEL: The closest airport to The Yogi Surfer is Agadir. We will organize scheduled pickups of small groups to bring you to the hotel, which is included in your package.

For transfers from Marrakech or Essaouira Airport, we are happy to arrange a pickup and you take care of the cost.

Check-in / Check-out: You are welcome to arrive after 1:00 pm on 3/22. Our first practice will start at 5:00. Checkout on 3/28 is at noon. 

THE AREA: Around the venue, you will find a few local cafes, a traditional hammam, and local shops to explore. We are a short drive to the main area of Tagazhout, which is filled with hotels, restaurants, and surf spots.

Payment of a non-refundable $600 deposit is required to reserve your spot at the Morocco Retreat. This deposit is not refundable for any reason.

The balance of the retreat cost must be paid in full by JANUARY 22, 2025, 45 days before the retreat begins. If you book after JANUARY 22, 2025, then the total amount payable will be due in full at the time of booking.

If you decide to cancel your registration for the retreat on or before JANUARY 22, 2025, after a written cancellation request, 100% of the total amount (minus the deposit) will be refunded

If you decide to cancel your registration after FEBRUARY 22, 2025, after a written cancellation request,  50% of the total amount (minus deposit) will be refunded. 

If you decide to cancel your registration within 14 days of the retreat date, there will be no refunds given, no exceptions.

We must adhere to this strict cancellation policy to offset costs incurred prior to the commencement of the Morocco Retreat. Nobody books a retreat with the intention of canceling it, but unexpected events do occur. That being said, we highly recommend the purchase of travel insurance to cover cancellation for any reason and to protect you in the event of any unforeseeable circumstances. No refunds or credits will be granted for failure to attend, complete, or for arriving late or early.

You will receive a retreat agreement with the above information and a standard liability waiver to sign before the commencement of our retreat.
