*Cancellation Policy:  Due to the nature of this retreat, no refunds will be given.  If you can no longer make it to the retreat, you are welcome to find someone to go in your place.  You might consider purchasing trip insurance through a 3rd party insurer especially if you are traveling from out of state

*There is a minimum number of participants needed for this retreat to run.  If the organizer needs to cancel due to enrollment, full refunds will be given.

*This retreat takes place on the ancestral lands of the Ute, Diné (Navajo), and Puebloan peoples. We acknowledge the complex and ongoing history of colonization and Indigenous displacement, and we commit to approaching our time here with respect, humility, and integrity. Participants are invited to be in conscious relationship with the land and its stories throughout the retreat.

*Accessibility:  Though we will use some indoor spaces, much of this retreat will take place outdoors.  Some practices and invitations will be on the land and in the canyon.  Getting to the canyon could be challenging for those with certain mobility needs.  If you have specific mobility needs, please reach out to me to see what we can work out.  While I aim to make my offerings accessible for all femme bodies, this land may pose significant challenges.  

*Though we will be on gorgeous private land and have all the amenities we need, we are still in a wild place and being in a wild place poses certain risks.  I will ask you to sign a waiver before arriving on site

*Weather in Colorado can be unpredictable.  In late October in the canyon we should see pleasant days and cool to cold nights with minimal to no precipitation.  While we hope overnight temperatures stay above freezing, I ask each participant to be prepared for anything...especially if you're camping.   Part of the magic of this retreat is being with the land--so be sure to pack warm layers.  (Full packing list will be sent closer to retreat)

*Pleasure based practices will be a part of the retreat experience.  You are never required to participate in anything.  This also means nudity will be welcomed and celebrated.  As such, your sovereign choice to participate or not is also welcome and celebrated.   There will be no explicit sexual contact between participants in the group spaces.

*The closest airport is a very small regional airport in Cortez, CO (CEZ).  We will be hiring a local woman to run shuttles from this airport for a reasonable fee.  This fee is not covered in the retreat price.  CEZ is the best airport to fly into and all flights route from Denver or Phoenix.  Please try to fly into this airport if possible.  If you need to, you can also fly into Durango (DRO).  Be sure you are looking at Durango, Colorado (DRO) not Durango, Mexico!   We will ask each of you to provide your travel details as we get closer.  Please let us know if you will require a shuttle.  

*Toys and tools!  Some of the pleasure practices we will offer have the option to use wands and yoni eggs.  Neither are required but if you would love to use them, we ask you to pack these.  If you need to purchase them, please give yourself enough time for them to arrive in the mail.  We will be sharing more in the WhatsApp participant group about favorite tools and places to buy them.  

*If you desire to room with a specific participant, please be sure you both book the same room accommodations.  For example:  one of you would need to book Tree House 1 - twin and the other Tree House 1 - queen.
