The Sacred Place ~ 

Sedona, the red root chakra portal of Mother Earth where we will embody awareness of energy flow as the changing experience on earth. Our gathering space is perfect for our intimate retreat away from everyday life. A beautifully appointed sacred site with treasures collected over the years from high vibrational places in the world. Location is very secluded, quiet, and surrounded by the majestic Sedona Red Rock Mountains.

Our intention is together ~ is to honor and expand the frequency field of our sacred path.  We will engage with what rises in our alive presence through our individual, group and collective fields.  As extensions of our hearts,  we are bridging the awareness of the expanding field of human consciousness.

Born in the Americas, Kristen embraces her rich mixed-race heritage, weaving her deep biological and design expertise with indigenous teachings to foster healing, dignity, and respect. With over 30 years of experience in water conservation, next-generation leadership mentoring, and regenerative community design, Kristen bridges traditional teachings with modern practices. Her work is grounded in creating sustainable solutions that elevate self-awareness, foster connection to the natural world, and inspire positive transformation in communities. Kristen is the visionary behind Sustainability Matters and A Regenerative Future initiatives that offer a unique matrix of tools and practices for sustainable living and leadership.

Locally active in San Diego and Mexico, Kristen’s work reflects her commitment to creating profound regenerative shifts in the future of humanity, environmental stewardship and community well-being.

Kristen is a KRI certified Kundalini teacher and is often found teaching 30, 60 + 90 day Kundalini meditation series in San Diego + Mexico.

As a spiritual astro-oracle and teacher, crystal healer and sacred journey guide, I have been blessed to live in Sedona, Arizona since Spring,1990. Inspired by this land, and my ancient roots in the British Isles, I began Avalon Journey tours thirty years ago and have lived half the year in Glastonbury, England.

Bringing groups to sacred sites in Sedona and Glastonbury, and sharing my star knowledge and shining Light on the path of others, to find their true Holy Grail within, brings me great joy.  

My life has been in devotion to Spirituality, the Divine and Great Mystery in all traditions. My desire is to be of service in the world by assisting others in empowerment, by shining Light upon the Path.​​

I am offering Sedona Red Door Retreats in 2025. This is one of the most important evolutionary time shifts into this new Aquarian Age. We have a great opportunity to assist in the birth of a new paradigm on our beloved Planet Earth, our Mother, based on love, equality and unity. We are all her children. 

I appreciate the many planetary Star Goddesses, Asteroids, and Centaurs, who have recently been revealed. They have expanded our consciousness and have brought important evolutionary activations from their Divine Light. Especially, Sedna, the Arctic Inuit tribes, goddess of the sea, who "spoke" to me when she was announced as a planet in 2004. Sedna, as you can see is spelled like Sedona, but without the O and like Sedona's sacred red rock earth, Sedna is known to be a red dwarf planet. At the time of Sedna’s discovery over ten years ago, she gifted me with her symbol and message. 

I would like to invite you to join me in Sedona for a heart opening connection with Mother Earth and Father Sky, to experience the healing, beauty and balance available to you as you connect with the Divine Feminine and Masculine within and without in the sacred red rocks of Sedona. Morgan is a devoted healer whose path is inspired by the rhythms of the moon, the energy of the sun, and the flow of the ocean. Raised in Charleston, SC, and now embracing life between the coasts in La Jolla, CA, her adventurous spirit is guided by her predominant air element, driving her passion for exploration and connection. Morgan offers her unique healing services globally, seamlessly balancing in-person and distance work to maintain deep connections with her clients, no matter where they are.

Her practice weaves together a rich blend of modalities, including Reiki, CranioSacral Integration, Fascia Unwinding, Spinal Flow, and Somananda- a transformative somatic self-healing technique she created to empower others to reconnect with their bodies and energy flow. Rooted in the elements, Morgan's work integrates meditation, somatic movement, Ayurvedic wisdom, yogic philosophy, breathwork, and sound healing. Her approach invites clients into a space of profound relaxation, vitality, alignment, and self-discovery.

A Libra soul at heart, Morgan finds joy in harmonizing the spiritual and physical realms. Her life's purpose is to guide others in releasing tension and pain, rediscovering their true essence and innate wholeness, while embracing the natural rhythms of life.  I have been immersed in the world of human potential for the last 20 years.  As a consultant and coach, a yoga teacher, and a mother to 2 girls - my passion lies in helping individuals unleash their hidden gifts and grow into bigger versions of themselves.  

I have been teaching yoga, conducting workshops, and leading yoga retreats since 2009. My yoga classes, workshops, retreats, and Humans Evolving Platform focus on how to recalibrate energy so you are operating from a place of clarity, joy, and connection to yourself and others.

I specialize in Kundalini Yoga, Khalsa Way Prenatal Yoga, and Sound Therapy and I am blessed to have studied with world-renowned teachers in both the United States and India.  I obtained a Master of Arts in Instructional Design and Performance Improvement from the University of Michigan and worked for over a decade as a consultant to Fortune 500 companies helping them improve their employee and customer engagement, build strong teams and develop great leaders. 

I strive to live an awakened life and find great joy in spreading the practice of living yoga within the modern world. I look forward to connecting with you here!
