Join and hear what the crystals will whisper to you!

Explore the crystals mines of Arkansas with this one of a kind extended weekend women only retreat. Full of meditation, crystals, ceremony, exploring, relaxation, and connection.  It truly is a balance of adventure and reset.  

A full trip overview and suggested packing list will be sent in your Welcome email but tentative schedule is as follows: 

Plan to arrive Thursday 10/30 in the afternoon no earlier than 3pm and Depart Monday Morning 11/3.  

Parking is very limited, so carpooling will be essential.    Contact me directly if you are able and willing to help!

The closest airport will be Little Rock. 

The weekend schedule can change based on the groups needs, divine guidance and Mother Nature.  

Thursday:   Arrive between 3pm and 5:30pm Welcome Dinner to kick off the weekend.  Introductions and an intention setting meditation.   

Friday: "Dig Day" -  We will visit the Avatar Mine and learn from its stewards Bee and Joe about the "golden healer" crystals that reside in their mine.  They also have some beautiful specimens to look at in their shop.

Saturday:  Explore Hot Springs!  Bathhouse row, shopping, lunch and taking in the area.  On the way to Hot Springs, we plan to stop at what Shae is calling the best rock shop in the area! 

Sunday:  Will primarily be spent at the Lake House.  Don't forget a towel for outdoor use, the house provided towels are asked to be kept indoors.  We will spent time connecting with the crystals that we dug, and receive a reading from Shae.

Monday: plan to depart by 9:30am.

A little about the property: 

Beautiful, well equipped home in the Township of Hot Springs, AR with over 100' of Lake Hamilton frontage. Amenities include six bedrooms, four bathrooms; bunk beds are full over full, large decks, wifi, outdoor hot tub, canoe, kayaks, stand up paddle board, and a large boat dock.  Outdoor fire pit for evening fires!  There are 2 large decks with great lake views.

I'm Jill Dunlap from Lavender Spirit Healing in Wausaukee, Wisconsin.  I am blessed to co-lead this retreat with Shae House!  We are so grateful that you are here!

I have been divinely led to host women based retreats after over 8 years of official learning and growing.  I am excited and ready to share the knowledge I have gained with women who want to awaken and remember the person they truly are.  I feel confident that I can bring a blend of traditional teachings and ways to apply it functionally to your daily life.   

I started my journey in 2017 by taking foundational self transformational studies through the Whisper on the Winds program with Amy Wilinski as well as in 2024 deepening my foundations further with the Inka Cosmology for Personal Empowerment and Growth with Jose Luis Herrara.   I have explored Celtic Shamanism from Amantha Murphy's workshop in early 2024. I have my Reiki Master/Teacher Certification (2016) and have help awaken the gift in Reiki in others.  I am also certified in Sound Healing and Sacred Ceremonies through Life Changing Energy (2025). 

I am excited to connect and have a great retreat weekend!

Shae House 

Shae House grew up in Central Arkansas, with the Ouachita Mountains and their crystal deposits as her playground and source of nature inspired awe. As an Arkansas native she has felt the most at home communing with nature and exploring the abundant forests and waters that her home state has to offer.  Shae is a certified crystal healer, crystal reader and vendor as owner of Shae Shamanic. She loves teaching people about these magical clear points of wonder and getting them into the hands of the masses.  She studies Celtic Shamanism, Celtic folklore and works with nature and water spirits.  She is also an artist with a bachelors of fine art in painting and is now learning silversmithing to create with Mother Earth’s metals and stones. Shae currently resides in Northwest Arkansas where she lives with her husband and little dog “Crystal” on the White River.
