About your trip

Discover the magic of the Canadian Rockies — a place where turquoise lakes, majestic peaks, and endless trails invite you to slow down, reconnect, and explore.

On this trip, we’ll wander through the breathtaking Johnston Canyon, with its waterfalls and shimmering pools known as the Ink Pots. We’ll explore the alpine charm of Banff town, pause at the peaceful Vermilion Lakes, and take in the grandeur of world-famous Lake Louise, where a scenic hike to the Big Beehive rewards us with sweeping mountain views. At Moraine Lake, one of the most iconic sights in the Rockies, you’ll have the chance to stroll along the shoreline or paddle a canoe across its crystal waters.

Our adventure continues along the legendary Icefields Parkway, often called one of the most beautiful drives in the world. We’ll stop at the striking blue Peyto Lake, enjoy a picnic by Bow Lake, and follow a scenic trail leading to the powerful Bow Glacier Falls.

Each day blends mindful movement — yoga, meditation, or gentle stretching — with unforgettable landscapes and nourishing meals. You’ll return home not only with beautiful memories and photos but also with a refreshed body, clear mind, and a deeper connection to nature.
