Escape the everyday and immerse yourself in a true backcountry winter adventure. On this two‑night winter camping trip in Glacier National Park, you’ll travel on snowshoes or cross‑country skis into remote terrain, camp under the stars, and deepen your skills in a supportive group setting. Beginners or experienced campers are welcome—your guide will adjust the pace and route to your comfort while helping you build confidence and comfort in winter living.
Each day blends distance and movement with meaningful learning: snow field travel, navigation, winter camping logistics, basic avalanche awareness, and simple wilderness living. Evenings are spent around the fire or 'kitchen', sharing stories, enjoying hearty meals, and connecting with others who love winter as much as you do. We help you carry your weight and help you pack so you are comfortable and can offer backpacks or sleds for transporting gear.
Transportation, all meals, and gear are included. Please contact us if you have any questions!
Our tours operate in all conditions (rain, shine, snow, or smoke). Cancellations made 7 or more days in advance will receive a full refund minus a 10% booking fee. Cancellations within 7 days of your tour are non-refundable, but we will try our best to reschedule or offer credit if possible.
