Welcome!! It's time to take A Moment to Breathe in Juneau, Alaska!


Airline Information

Alaska Airlines is the only airline that flies into Juneau during the fall, winter, and spring months. We recommend booking the following flight for arrival into Juneau:


Flying through Seattle, WA

  • Flight AS95
  • Departing Seattle at 11:35am
  • Arriving in Juneau at 1:12pm

You are welcome to arrive on an earlier flight, but please do not arrive later. If you arrive earlier, we will pick you up at your location before meeting the other guests at the airport.


Once everyone has arrived, we will drive to the cabin, have a quick welcome meeting, and then get some sleep.

Through their wisdom and expertise, you will have the opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of the traditions, customs, and values that have shaped the cultural and spiritual values for generations. You will not only learn about their unique way of life but also develop a profound appreciation for the resilience, wisdom, and beauty that is inherent in Alaska Native Culture. Today, you'll have lunch at one of the local restaurants in downtown Juneau.

Our 1-hour Breathwork for Heart Coherence class is your gateway to this transformative experience.

During this class we'll will guide you through a series of gentle yet powerful breathing exercises, helping you tap into the innate wisdom of your body, heart, and mind.


Free Time


Enjoy some free time to explore the expansive and picturesque grounds of the Shrine of St. Terese. Take a leisurely stroll through the well-maintained pathways, surrounded by lush greenery and vibrant flowers. Find a peaceful spot to sit and reflect, perhaps with a journal in hand, or simply unwind on the inviting front porch, savoring a steaming cup of coffee while immersing yourself in the serene and tranquil beauty of nature.

This is the grand finale of your trip!
