Embark on a captivating half-day adventure with the Hamptons Drone Marine Excursion, led by the renowned drone expert, Joanna Steidle. 

Joanna Steidle, with her extensive knowledge and experience, will guide you through the techniques of marine drone photography, ensuring that you take home not just memories, but also spectacular footage of the natural splendor. 

GROUP SIZE: 4 Students max, 1 instructor

EXPERIENCE: This workshop is open to all experience levels.

ENDURANCE: Participants should expect light walking in sand along the shore. 

GEAR: Recommended gear requirements are a drone with camera and the drone must meet all FAA requirements. After booking Joanna will be in touch to discuss your drone options and considerations. For an additional fee she can have a drone available for use during your session.

If you need lodging information, there are several nice hotels and inns in Southampton. Due to the popularity of the Hamptons, there is limited availability to purchase one of the lodging packages.

If you are not familiar with the area and you would like to stay near our potential flight area, consider accommodations near the following beaches: 

· Gin Beach

· Southampton Village or Flying Point Beach

· Mill (hamlet in the Town of Southampton). 

Note: Our exact flight location will depend on several factors and will be finalized the morning of our flight. 

If you are traveling from out of town , the closest airport to the Hamptons is Islip MacArthur. LaGuardia (LGA) and John F. Kennedy (JFK) airports are about two hours away from the Hamptons.
