This silent retreat is led by a licensed therapist, and is set on the beautiful beaches of Florida in a luxury retreat home where we create space for deep inner clarity and rest by removing distractions and inviting participants into intentional quiet. Instead of conversation, social obligations, or constant stimulation, guests move through their day quietly with an optional guided itinerary including: mindful meals, meditation sessions, gentle movement, nature walks, journaling, and a breaking the silence sound bath and reflective workshops in the evening.
This stillness allows people to tune into their thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations without outward pressure. It give space to reset the nervous system, reconnect with self, and gain perspective. Silence becomes the teacher, offering calm, insight, and a renewed sense of presence. Private One to one talk sessions are available with the host as an add-on.

Arrival between 11am - 12 pm will allow you to enjoy a refreshing drink and light bites before we begin our Retreat at 1PM. Join in as licensed therapist and relational expert Dynesha Henderson, LCSW shares some gems on how to achieve your goals and wellness practices to do that align with goal attainment. We will then enjoy the rest of the afternoon in silence. Each room is set up with an acitivity for you to enjoy, or spend your time in your room with self. Daily activities include: Meditation & prayer, yoga, weightless pool float, journaling, beach walk, vision board creation, puzzling and more. We will break the silence with a sound bath and dinner around 6 PM.
We always say, "Take what you want and leave what you don't." Only engage in what feels right to you on our agenda. Today will be another day of silence. At different times throughout the day you can join our scheduled activities including: Morning meditation & prayer, breakfast, yoga, weightless pool float, journaling, beach walk, vision board creation, and more. We break silence in the evening over dinner and a tools workshop led by: Dynesha Henderson, LCSW
Our agenda today begins with silence and ends with exploration. We offer morning breakfast and to close out the workshops from the previous days, add-on a massage today, or choose to break the silence with a nature inspired excursion. We will end the day with a closing group dinner. You can check out after dinner, or choose to extend the stay for one more night.
For extended stay, we offer breakfast and check-out by 11 AM.
