About your trip

La Ventana is a wildlife lover’s paradise, perfectly positioned along the vibrant Sea of Cortez—one of the most biologically rich marine corridors in the world. This stunning coastal region offers unforgettable encounters year-round. In winter, humpback whales put on incredible displays, while playful dolphins, curious sea lions, and swirling schools of mobula rays glide beneath the waves.

During certain seasons, you may even spot orcas making dramatic appearances. With its crystal-clear waters, La Ventana is also an ideal location for snorkeling and diving, where you can immerse yourself among colorful reef fish and thriving corals. Activities may vary depending on the time of year, as we tailor each adventure to the seasonal wildlife and conditions.

To make your adventure seamless, your tour from La Paz or East Cape, starts with our driver picking you up at your hotel. On th boat, we provide snorkel gear, including mask and fins, and a delicious lunch, refreshing beverages, and tasty snacks to keep you energized throughout the day. (Please note: crew gratuity is not included.)

For your comfort and safety, we highly recommend that guests have basic water safety skills and swimming abilities.

Join us for a day of discovery and wonder—one you’ll never forget!
