  Visita al Ketos Centro Mediterraneo gestito dalla Jonian Dolphin Conservation
  Il Ketos Centro Mediterraneo unisce tecnologia e natura, offrendo ai visitatori un’esperienza unica per conoscere la biodiversità marina e la storia del rapporto tra Taranto e il mare.
  L'attrazione principale è la postazione “Fixed Underwater Eye”: una webcam subacquea fissa nel Mar Grande che trasmette in diretta immagini dell'ecosistema marino, permettendo di osservare la vita sott’acqua in tempo reale, sia di giorno che di notte. La visita culminerà nella sala 3D del centro, dotata di 8 visori di ultima generazione, dove i partecipanti vivranno un'esperienza di realtà virtuale immersiva tra i fondali tarantini.

  The visit will focus on the extraordinary Aragonese Castle, built in the 15th century, one of the city's main attractions. During the tour, expert guides will share the history of the castle, its fortifications, and its evolving use over the centuries.

  Start of the guided tour of Taranto.
  A guided tour through the ancient heart of Taranto, the Old Town Island, situated between the Mar Grande and Mar Piccolo. Participants will explore the charming alleys, uncovering historical landmarks ranging from the Greek era to modern times.

  Food tour.
  After exploring the city and the Aragonese Castle, travelers will enjoy Puglian street food on a gastronomic walking tour. Featuring local delicacies like focaccia, taralli, fried panzerotti, pettole, and traditional sweets, this itinerary includes tastings at some of the city's oldest bakeries, offering an authentic Puglian culinary experience.

  Visit to the Ketos Mediterranean Center, managed by the Jonian Dolphin Conservation.
  An immersive and technological journey into the marine world. Participants will explore the center’s interactive pathways, starting with four 50-inch touch screens and 3D educational panels, to learn about marine biodiversity and the historical connection between Taranto and the sea.
  The highlight of the visit is the “Fixed Underwater Eye,” a stationary underwater webcam in the Mar Grande that streams live images of the marine ecosystem, allowing real-time underwater observation, both day and night. The tour concludes in the center’s 3D room, equipped with eight state-of-the-art VR headsets, where visitors will immerse themselves in virtual reality, exploring the underwater beauty of Taranto’s Mar Grande.
