Our travelers will stay at Hotel Bandeirantes Copacabana, located in one of Rio’s safest and most vibrant neighborhoods. Nestled on a quiet street just steps from the iconic Copacabana Beach, the hotel offers easy access to everything you might need—bars, restaurants, pharmacies, and shops—all within walking distance. It’s also perfectly situated near the heart of Rio’s New Year’s Eve festivities, making it an ideal choice for comfort, convenience, and celebration.
Our Standard Package includes accommodation in a triple room, shared with two of your fellow travelers. The Medium Package offers a twin room, shared with just one travel mate. For those seeking more privacy, private room upgrades are also available.
All room options come with private bathroom and include a daily breakfast to start your day right.
Before the trip, we create a WhatsApp group so everyone can connect in advance, and we’re happy to accommodate roommate requests whenever possible.
If no preference is indicated, we assign rooms based on gender and/or sexual orientation to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for everyone.
Yes! We offer payment plans at no extra cost. You can pay for your trip in installments, with the final payment due 45 days before departure. Simply select the best payment plan option during booking.
We recommend flying into Rio de Janeiro - Galeão International Airport (GIG). To make the most of your arrival day and our group activities, we suggest booking flights that arrive by early afternoon. This gives us time to gather and kick off the trip with a fun meet-and-greet in the evening!
We understand that plans can change. However, due to the nature of this trip (big event with high demand), all cancellations will be partial if made up to 20 days before the trip. Cancellations made within 19 days of the trip: no refund will be issued. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to contact@helloriotravel.com, and processing times may vary.

After the show, those who wish can return to the hotel with the guidance of our hosts, or you can head back to the party to keep celebrating into the early hours.

For those who want to make the most of the day, we’ll optionally head out after breakfast to visit the lively Feira da Glória — this cultural hotspot offers a true taste of Rio, with everything from tropical fruits and regional delicacies to handmade crafts and live street performances.
