Pickleball Retreat Payment – Terms and Conditions

These Payment Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the payment process for participation in the “Pickled A Broad, a Health & Wellness Pickleball Retreat” pickleball retreat (the “Retreat”) happening  anytime in the  United States or Internationally (outside the United States)  organized by Pickled A Broad, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”.

1. Payment Schedule: 1.1 A non-refundable payment is required to secure the Participant's place in the Retreat.

2.Accepted Payment Methods: 

2.1 Payments for the Retreat may be made via bank transfer or by  credit card.

2.2 The Organizer may specify additional accepted payment methods at their discretion.

3. Currency and Conversion Fees: 

3.1 All payments for the Retreat shall be made in United States Dollars (USD), unless otherwise specified by the Organizer.

3.2 If payment is made using a currency other than USD, the Participant is responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their bank or financial institution.

4. Refunds and Cancellations: 

4.1 The Participant acknowledges that the deposit payment for the Retreat is non-refundable.

4.2 If the Participant cancels their participation in the Retreat after the payment is received, no refund will be provided, unless the Organizer can fill your place.

4.3 The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the Retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case all payments made by the Participant will be refunded in full.

4.4 The Participant acknowledges and agrees that the Organizer shall not be liable to provide any refunds, whether full or partial, in the event of adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, or other acts of nature that may affect the scheduling or execution of the pickleball retreat (the "Retreat").

4.5 The Participant further acknowledges and agrees that the Organizer shall not be responsible for any costs, expenses, or losses incurred by the Participant as a result of such weather-related or natural disaster-related disruptions to the Retreat, including but not limited to travel expenses, accommodation costs, or any other incidental expenses.

5. Payment Disputes: 

5.1 In the event of a payment dispute or discrepancy, the Participant agrees to contact the Organizer promptly to resolve the issue.

5.2 The Participant must provide any relevant documentation or evidence to support their claim of payment discrepancy.

6. Liability: 

6.1 The Participant acknowledges that participation in pickleball activities carries inherent risks, including but not limited to, physical injury and property damage.

6.2 The Participant agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Organizer, its officers, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with their participation in the Retreat.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: 

7.1 This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

7.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Florida.

By making a payment for the Retreat, the Participant acknowledges and agrees to abide by these Payment Terms and Conditions.
