You’ll spend your nights in the sand with a rod in hand, waiting for the tug that means you’ve hooked a predator from the deep. Our guides specialize in land-based shark fishing, meaning we’ll be fishing from shore, no boats, no seasickness, and no rush. Just moonlight, surf, and the possibility of landing a 6–13 foot shark, all without leaving the beach. There’s something primal and unforgettable about coming face-to-face with one of the ocean’s apex predators. Land-based shark fishing is a unique challenge that requires patience, strength, and the ability to stay calm when the reel starts screaming. Our fishing sessions run from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM each night, giving you front-row seats to some of the most exciting surf fishing on the Gulf Coast. You’ll be fishing with top-of-the-line heavy-duty rods and reels capable of handling massive species like bull sharks, blacktips, hammerheads, and more. Whether you’re a seasoned angler or a total beginner, this weekend is designed for all experience levels. Coastal Worldwide’s expert guides will walk you through everything, baiting, casting, setting the hooks, fighting, and handling your catch safely and ethically. During our down time, you can hang back in zero gravity chairs, relax with your toes in the sand, and watch the action unfold under the stars. The vibe is equal parts chill and electric, bonfires, beach snacks, and a sky full of stars while you wait for the line to scream. It’s the kind of night that feels endless in the best possible way.

We’ll be staying in a comfortable and stylish Airbnb close to the beach, offering the perfect place to rest, refresh, and regroup between sessions. You’ll have access to showers, a full kitchen, and plenty of space to unwind during the day. Expect shared rooms and beds, this is a community-driven weekend designed to build connection and camaraderie. During the daytime, the pace is totally up to you. Lounge on the beach, grab coffee in town, catch up on sleep, or explore Pensacola’s laid-back charm. We’ll keep things relaxed and flexible, so you can make the weekend your own.

For instance, if your trip is focused on duck hunting but our guide believes a goose hunt is more feasible, we will follow their expert recommendation. Many of our trips have faced changes, cancellations, or rescheduling, yet the understanding and adaptability of the group have made all the difference that still allows for an incredible experience! Please be aware that our trips may involve sharing accommodations with others, unpredictable weather that could impact planned activities, limited bathroom facilities for larger groups, and the possibility of not harvesting the specific animal you hoped for. If any participant brings negativity or drama, they will be asked to leave without a refund and will not be allowed to return. We’re thrilled to announce a new booking and payment system aimed at enhancing your experience! Starting October 1, 2024, all trip registrations will be processed through WeTravel. Once you register, you’ll receive a confirmation email via the WeTravel platform. Your trip coordinator will then reach out with detailed information about your adventure and schedule two virtual video meetings for all trip attendees. The coordinator will share their email and other contact information with you at their discretion, so please respect their boundaries and contact them only through the provided information. A quick reminder: personal social media profiles are not the best way to reach out to your coordinator. During the virtual meetings, hosted on Google Meet, you’ll discuss important details such as packing lists, travel plans, and more.
