Techniques, Training & Practice
Explore 51 foundational asanas from a lens of safety and empowerment. You’ll also receive introductions to Yin, Restorative, Prenatal, and Yoga Nidra, and practice pranayama, mantra, and meditation techniques.
Anatomy & Alignment
Study functional anatomy and biomechanics with a trauma-informed lens. Learn to use props effectively, understand joint movement, and offer safe, supportive verbal and physical assists.
