Join Our 8-Day Yin and Yoga Nidra Retreat.
Immerse yourself in our transformative 8-day retreat, which runs alongside a 50-hour continuing education program for certified yoga teachers. This unique experience combines deep relaxation with an exploration of Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra, allowing you to find balance, on and off the mat.
What to Expect:
Each day begins with a dynamic Yang practice, helping you cultivate balance and energy for the day ahead. Afternoons are dedicated to the restorative world of Yin postures and the transformative practice of Yoga Nidra—often referred to as “yogic sleep.” This guided meditation promotes profound relaxation and nervous system balance.
Throughout the retreat, you're welcome to engage in up to 3 optional workshops covering essential topics such as what is Yoga Nidra and how to integrate this into your life, The Vagus Nerve, the function of the nervous system, and breathing techniques to support your practice. You’ll have plenty of free time to unwind by the pool, stroll to the beach, or explore the charming local town, allowing for a perfect blend of learning and relaxation. Your free time can also be filled with numerous excursions at your own cost, such as a trip to visit the Bri Bri, Indigenous peoples of the area, and the waterfall located on their lands, Cahuita National Park, or take surf lessons, all which we're very happy to organize for you. With a small group setting, you’ll receive personalized guidance and attention, enhancing your experience.
Join us for this immersive retreat, where you can deepen your understanding of these healing practices while fostering connection and community. Embrace the opportunity to recharge, grow, and enhance your practice in a serene environment.
