Join our 7-night, 50-hour continuing education program designed to deepen your practice and teaching skills in Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra. This training offers an in-depth exploration of 23 foundational Yin asanas, focusing on supportive alignment and modifications. You’ll also gain knowledge of Meridian Theory, the science of Yoga Nidra and hands-on experience by practicing teaching to refine your skills and build confidence.
Each day starts with a dynamic Yang practice to help us maintain balance. Afternoons are dedicated to Yin postures and the transformative practice of Yoga Nidra—also known as “yogic sleep,” a guided meditation that promotes deep relaxation and nervous system balance. Workshops throughout the day cover Yin anatomy, sequencing, and the art of guiding Nidra, with plenty of free time to relax by the pool, stroll to the beach or explore the local town.
With a small group setting, we emphasize individual attention, ensuring you receive personalized guidance and support throughout the program. Enhance your teaching repertoire while experiencing the profound benefits of these healing practices in a supportive, immersive environment.
