About your trip

Prepare for an unforgettable journey through two captivating Nordic capitals and the magical winter wonderland of Finnish Lapland. This trip is designed to immerse you in a blend of urban charm, medieval history, Arctic adventure, and festive cheer.

Helsinki and Tallinn: A Baltic Connection

Your adventure begins in Helsinki, the vibrant capital of Finland. Here you can explore the city's unique blend of architectural styles, from the neoclassical grandeur of Senate Square and Helsinki Cathedral to the striking, modern Temppeliaukio Church, carved directly into rock. A day trip by cruise ship will take you across the Baltic Sea to Tallinn, Estonia. This journey itself is a scenic experience, offering stunning views.

Upon arrival in Tallinn, you'll step into a fairytale. The city's Old Town is a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of the best-preserved medieval centers in Europe. You'll spend your day wandering through cobbled streets, past medieval ramparts and defense towers, and discovering landmarks like the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral and the historic Town Hall Square. After a day of exploration, you'll board the cruise for a relaxing return to Helsinki.

Arctic Wonders in Rovaniemi

The next leg of your journey takes you on a flight to Rovaniemi, the capital of Finnish Lapland and the official hometown of Santa Claus. Your time here is dedicated to embracing the Arctic environment and its unique activities.

Northern Lights Chase: As evening falls, you will embark on a quest to witness the breathtaking Aurora Borealis. Away from city lights, you will search for the dancing green and purple skies, an experience that will leave you in awe of nature's power.

Snow-filled Adventures: During the day, you'll feel the thrill of a snowmobiling safari, navigating through pristine, snow-covered forests. You will also experience two of Lapland's most iconic traditions: a peaceful reindeer sleigh ride and an exhilarating husky sledding adventure. You'll get to meet these incredible animals and learn about their role in the Arctic lifestyle.

A Magical Visit to Santa Claus Village: No trip to Rovaniemi is complete without a visit to Santa Claus Village. Your experience will be enhanced with a private tour guided by one of Santa's friendly elves. The elf will share secret stories and lead you through the festive village. You'll have a private meeting with Santa Claus himself and a chance to cross the magical Arctic Circle, receiving a certificate to commemorate the occasion. You will also visit Santa Claus Park, an underground amusement park filled with festive cheer.

A Night in an Ice Hotel: Your final night in Lapland will be a truly unique experience as you sleep in a Snow Ice Hotel. Surrounded by walls and sculptures made entirely of snow and ice, you'll sleep soundly in a special thermal sleeping bag, kept warm by the incredible insulation of the ice itself. This is an unforgettable way to complete your Arctic adventure.

Journey's End

The next day, you'll fly back to Helsinki for a final night. You can spend the evening reflecting on your incredible journey and enjoying one last taste of Finnish hospitality before heading home the following morning, carrying with you memories of medieval towns, Arctic landscapes, and the magic of Santa's home.
