This is a luxury trip, we are staying at 5 Star accommodations, and including in fine dining across the city. Wine pairings are available with dinners, but are not included in the trip package. Our activities were described as "bucket list worthy" by the women on the 2025 trip.

Upon arriving in Québec City, you’ll check into the iconic Château Frontenac, your luxurious base for the trip. We’ll have a welcome gathering and enjoy a mid day cocktail with a view of the river. Begin your adventure with a walk along the Dufferin Terrace, where panoramic views of the St. Lawrence River and the frozen winter landscape create a magical atmosphere. We will dine at a luxurious restaurant and indulge in a 5 course tasting menu

Start your day with a private or small-group walking tour of the historic district. Explore the fortified city walls, Château Frontenac’s history, and landmarks like the Citadelle and Notre-Dame de Québec Basilica. Stroll the streets and hit some local shops or find a cozy cafe for lunch. In the afternoon, we will enjoy a horse drawn sleigh ride through the snow covered forest. Return to the Fairmont to warm up and head to a luxurious restaurant to enjoy a 7 course tasting menu.

Start your day with a lovely morning shopping in the cobblestone streets, should you choose visit a furrier in town. Are you brave enough to take the plunge down the iconic ice luge at Québec City’s Toboggan Slide Au 1884, racing at thrilling speeds with breathtaking views of the Château Frontenac and the St. Lawrence River? We’ll see who’se in for this thrill. In the afternoon we will head out to the countryside and pair up for dog sledding. Dinner will be in a very exclusive restaurant, where we are provided a secret code for entry. There is no menu, and the dining experience is slated to last 3 hours. Truly an incredible experience. We will walk the stunning town on the wait back to the fairmont.

We will head to the spa right when it opens,  to enjoy a full spa day at the Strøm Spa Nordique, situated along the shores of the St. Lawrence River. Fancy a massage, now is the time. Here, you can indulge in outdoor thermal baths and saunas while soaking in the peaceful winter scenery. Lunch will be at the spa and will include a lovely glass of wine. We will head back to the hotel around 2PM. For Dinner we will visit the incredible Hôtel de Glace. This architectural marvel is crafted entirely from ice and snow. Take a tour to explore its intricate ice sculptures and themed ice rooms. Enjoy a cocktail served in an ice glass at the Ice Bar. Have you ever dined inside a Restaurant entirely made from ice and snow? Well tonight is the night! Should you have an early flight, head off to bed, if not let's grab a goodbye cocktail and laugh about the days we had together.
