Your teacher

HEIDI KARELL

is an advanced ashtanga yoga practitioner. Originally from Finland she has been practicing for over 20 years, establishing a discipline in 2013. She is currently practicing and teaching in Paris where she is based.

As a teacher she is encouraging, inspiring and highlights the importance of breath and bandhas. Creating a safe space for each student is important for her.

Having lived in many places and countries she has had the fortune to study under the guidance of many wonderful teachers but the greatest teacher for her remains the practice itself.

Yoga gives her strength to face unpleasant moments on and off the mat. She also loves the aspect of indescribable magic when the impossible becomes possible with regular practice.
