Join us in April 2027 for our next retreat to Provence region in the South of France. This women-only retreat celebrates the art, flavors, and timeless beauty of southern France.
Set in the heart of Provence, this small-group experience blends cultural curiosity, thoughtful movement, and meaningful connection and is perfect for solo travelers or anyone craving a retreat that balances adventure with intention.
We’ll stay in a charming countryside home near Les Baux-de-Provence, where lavender fields, olive groves, and hilltop villages create a serene backdrop for our days. Our home offers both comfort and privacy, while keeping the region’s most iconic sights within easy reach.
Each day is designed to move at a thoughtful, indulgent pace. Wander the winding streets of Les Baux and surrounding villages, savor local flavors from artisanal cheeses to estate-pressed olive oil, and immerse yourself in the Provencal way of life. Highlights include a day exploring the Luberon’s hilltop villages, and a journey to nearby Avignon for a walking tour and hands-on cooking experience. Along the way, we’ll gather over nourishing meals, laughter, and reflection, sharing stories and new perspectives.
This retreat invites you to experience Provence beyond the postcards, to slow down, taste deeply, and connect fully. Whether you arrive solo or with a friend, you’ll leave feeling nourished, inspired, and part of the quietly vibrant rhythm of southern France.
Maison d'Amies (French for House of Female Friends) was born from our founder's deep love of France, a desire to create space for women to slow down, reconnect, and feel at home in themselves. These women only retreats blend curated cultural experiences with true rest and intentional community. Each trip is designed to feel like a warm, extended exhale and is grounded in slow travel, regional connection, and the kind of soul-deep joy that lingers long after the journey ends.

To maintain the intimate, boutique nature of our retreats, all rooms are now solo sleepers, offering privacy and comfort for each guest (except for our one remaining double-occupancy twin-bed room, which must be booked as a pair). If you reserve this room, both beds are sold together, so it’s perfect for friends traveling together or anyone looking to share the experience.
While many women join us solo, our small, thoughtful design ensures shared experiences, connection, and a welcoming community, without compromising personal space.
Arriving in France a day or two early allows you to ease into the rhythms of Provence and travel without stress. If you choose to do so, meet the group at Marseille Airport outside baggage claim at 2:00pm on the first day of our retreat and join the scenic transfer to the retreat home.
