About your trip

A Festive Week in Southern Spain

Let’s Eat Seville is a small-group culinary holiday designed for food lovers who want to experience Andalusian culture through food, history, and everyday life. Set in Spain’s vibrant southern capital, the week blends hands-on cooking with market visits, shared meals, flamenco, historic sites, and regional excursions, all at a relaxed and thoughtful pace.

Food is at the heart of the experience, but Seville sets the rhythm. You’ll taste your way through tapas bars, learn to prepare Spanish home-style dishes, and explore how cuisine, music, and daily rituals come together in Andalusia. From Moorish architecture to sherry culture and flamenco, the city provides constant context beyond the kitchen.

Cooking sessions are guided by a local Spanish chef with professional training and international experience. Classes focus on flavor combinations, practical techniques, and making the most of local ingredients—skills you can confidently recreate at home.

Group size is intentionally limited to a maximum of seven participants, ensuring a personal, convivial atmosphere and meaningful interaction throughout the week.

Brought to you by Let’s Eat The World, specialists in chef-curated culinary travel experiences.
