About your trip

Let’s Eat Uzès is a French cooking holiday brought to you by Let's Eat The World, is a French cooking holiday designed for food lovers of all skill levels who want to experience French cuisine, wine, and everyday culture in the south of France. This 8-day, 7-night culinary experience combines hands-on cooking, regional wine education, market visits, and shared meals, all rooted in the rhythms of southern France (Uzès, France).

Set just outside Provence, Uzès offers an ideal base for discovering Mediterranean and Provençal cooking traditions alongside classic and modern regional French recipes. Throughout the week, guests explore local flavors, learn practical techniques, and enjoy the relaxed pace that defines life in this part of France.

The program is guided by a small team of culinary and travel professionals. Culinary advisor and chef Eric Fraudeau brings decades of professional kitchen experience, while wine education is led by WSET-certified specialist Frédéric Duverger, whose background spans high-end restaurants and hospitality. The experience is designed and coordinated by Yetunde Oshodi-Fraudeau, founder of Let’s Eat The World, who oversees the flow of the program and ensures each element comes together seamlessly.

This is a deeply immersive culinary holiday focused on learning, connection, and enjoyment—without rushing or unnecessary formality.
