Day 1 begins with provided transportation from airport and guests settling in and enjoying a warm, casual welcome. Light snacks and refreshments will be available throughout the day as everyone arrives and gets acquainted with the space. In the evening, we’ll gather for a chef-prepared Costa Rican dinner, where we’ll officially welcome the group and review the week’s itinerary. To close the evening, an optional wellness session will be offered to help ease into the retreat experience.
Day 2 begins with breakfast, followed by the first of three immersive leadership workshop sessions. In the afternoon, guests will embark on an exclusive guided mountain hike to a scenic overlook adorned with unique art installations. The rest of the day invites relaxation by the pool or beach, before coming together for a group dinner prepared by our private chef. An optional evening wellness session will also be offered for those looking to wind down mindfully.
Day 3 blends adventure and wellness, beginning with breakfast and a scenic buggy ride through the rainforest to a mountaintop yoga session with panoramic views. Guests will enjoy trail riding, waterfall visits, and a private lunch at an exclusive hilltop restaurant. The day winds down with poolside relaxation, and time to explore on your own delicious local cuisine dinners in town or on the resort. Followed by an optional evening wellness session to close out the evening.
Day 4 kicks off with breakfast, followed by private shuttle service to an exclusive beach and beach club on Costa Rica’s stunning Central Pacific coast. Guests will enjoy a variety of water activities including snorkeling, paddleboarding, kayaking, and more. Midday, we’ll gather at the club’s oceanfront restaurant for a special Lunch & Learn leadership session, led by our facilitator against the backdrop of breathtaking beach views. Followed by a chef inspired special dinner outing.
Day 5 begins with a special Breakfast & Learn leadership session, combining the final leadership workshop with a delicious morning meal. The remainder of the day is open for guests to explore the vibrant local town, with opportunities for sightseeing, shopping, and dining at local restaurants. In the evening, guests may also unwind with an optional wellness session.
Day 6 begins with breakfast before setting off on a featured catamaran boat tour along the breathtaking Central Pacific coast. Guests will enjoy water activities, a stop at a private beach, and a festive onboard experience with food and drinks. Upon returning, the group will come together for a farewell dinner, followed by a lively Latin-themed fiesta featuring music, dancing, and personal dance instructors to keep the celebration going into the night
Day 7 marks our final day together. Guests will enjoy a farewell breakfast, with time to reflect, exchange goodbyes, and receive special departure gifts. Private shuttle service will be provided to assist guests with their transfers and onward travels.
