Garda Lake to Venice Cycling from the lake to the lagoon.
This itinerary Garda Lake to Venice winds through the provinces of Verona, Vicenza, Padua and Venice, covering a part of the Veneto region horizontally and following a beautiful route entirely signposted with signs indicating the I1 logo - "From Lake Garda to Venice".You can start from the town of Garda or the nearby Peschiera and Sirmione depending on the intended place of overnight stay. The bicycles will be delivered to the first stop where a useful road-book of the itinerary will be delivered.
Unmissable stops to visit Verona with its Arena Roman, Piazza Bra and the house of Romeo and Juliet.
In Vicenza we recommend visiting the Palladian places, among which the Olympic Theater and the Villa Capra known as the "Rotonda" stand out.
In Padua, a stop in Prato della Valle is a must, the largest square in Europe after the Red Square in Moscow; Also worth visiting are the Basilica del Santo Antonio, the Palazzo della Ragione, the Piazza della Frutta and delle Erbe and, by booking the visit in advance, Giotto's Scrovegni Chapel.
After Padua and before arriving in Venice we travel along the beautiful Brenta Riviera with its patrician villas of the doges of the Serenissima.
