Imagine writing your story in the literary capital of the world, the city that inspired Harry Potter, the birthplace of some of the world's most iconic authors and poets -- Edinburgh, Scotland!
This exclusive retreat is limited to just 8 participants.
What's included:
• 5 nights' accommodation in the heart of Edinburgh
• Light breakfast each morning and three in-house dinners
• All workshops and writing sessions
About the workshops :
The workshops will focus on unearthing your story and honing your craft. I’ll give light instruction, we’ll do some writing practices together, and then you’ll have free time to write on your own. Or — to not write at all. Because sometimes, the best practice is to put the pen away and get inspired in other ways. I’ll teach you how to attune to what your creative mind needs and how to use that attuning to write in a way you never thought was possible!
If you need any more reasons to add to your “why I need to take this trip” list ...
• Optional Literary Pub Crawl
• Fully stocked kitchen for personal use
• Nearby cafes for the writing sessions of your dreams
• Lots of free activities - like the Writing Museum, The National Library of Scotland, and guided walking tours of the city.
I'll meet you in Edinburgh,
Kristen
*Accessibility note : the house we're staying in is a second floor walk up and does not have an elevator. Group activities are not required, but will include a bit of walking and use of public transportation.
• Meals - A few meals will be provided and there will be light breakfast items and snacks
available. Otherwise, food will be at your own expense.
