This stunning estate has been designed for the ultimate in relaxation and wellness. Oliveto Estate offers a beautiful yoga studio overlooking the Adriatic Sea, ensuite bedrooms all with private bath and twin beds (can be made into a king bed), a personal chef to prepare outstanding farm to table Italian meals, two pools (one heated), tennis courts, a spa with a gym, sauna, jacuzzi, stream room and experiential shower. All located on 9 acres of rolling hills amongst 400 olive trees in the untouched Le Marche region of Italy. 

There are two villas on the estate:

Olivo is the larger villa accommodating up to 12 guests. Offering unlimited space and exceptional views, the atmosphere is one of pared down elegance and modern luxury. Expansive views can be enjoyed from all levels of the villa and the floor to ceiling glass doors seamlessly bring together the outside and interior living space as one. Separate spacious living areas can be found on two floors providing a variety of relaxation and chill-out areas throughout the villa. The ground floor living area includes a super sleek contemporary fireplace and a large terrace with panoramic views of the sea, countryside and nearby medieval village. Villa Olivo’s numerous terraces and balconies mean you are never far from yet another breathtaking view of Le Marche.

Oliveto accomodates up to 8 guests. This luxury villa is only just the start, because once you start to explore you will find multiple outdoor eating areas, many private corners to relax and restore, a huge architectural pool house & gym, with a 21m outdoor pool, a tennis court amidst the olive grove. Expansive views can be enjoyed from the large windows that wrap around the south facing side of the villa where you can lose yourself in the rolling hills and olive groves that extend to the sea.  

No matter which villa you choose, we have no doubt after this week in Le Marche region, you will arrive home refreshed, renewed and with a little piece of Italy forever in your heart.

Please note all payments are non-refundable. This cancellation policy is strict and firm. If you need to leave the retreat early there are no refunds or pro-rating of days. We understand there are things in life beyond our control, which is why we STRONGLY recommend TRIP INSURANCE.

We STRONGLY recommend you purchase "cancel for any reason" trip insurance. Most policies will refund up to 75% of your travel costs, some will refund 100%. Do your homework and find a policy that works best for your situation. Most policies require the policy be purchase within 15-20 days of your initial trip deposit.

Sunday we will gather for first yoga practice and then enjoy a gorgeous brunch overlooking the Adriatic Sea! Rest day with swimming, spa circuit or a game of tennis! Evening practice and dinner 7:30 PM.

After morning practice and brunch, we will hike to Civitanova Marche for beach time,  explore the precious sea glass and stones, enjoy local shopping and experience the local gelato and cappuccino! Transportation will be provided back to the estate for evening practice and dinner! 

Artesian shopping experience at Oliveto Estates with Montegallo hats, jewelry,  candles, and locally made pieces.

Transportation to and from the spectacular Sibillini Mountains for a 2.5 hour guided e-bike experience! 

Explore Ascoli Piceno! Piazza del Popolo, an elegant Renaissance square in the center, with travertine paving and the 13th-century Palazzo dei Capitani del Popolo, a palace built over Roman ruins. The Civic Picture Gallery, decorated with Murano glass chandeliers, displays paintings by Titian and Carlo Crivelli. Nearby is the Cathedral of St. Emidio, with a crypt featuring elaborate mosaics. 

Enjoy your time swimming, using the spa circuit, exploring Civitanova Alta, a 15 minute walk, playing tennis or simply relaxing in one of the quiet areas of the estate!

Check out time is 10 AM! Breakfast 7AM. For those with very early departure times, a packed snack for travel will be provided!
