You will be picked up from the Assisi train station and driven to the villa.  You will meet the others in your group and enjoy the region’s wine and cheese during a welcome reception at the villa, followed by a tour of the villa and dinner in the villa restaurant.  

Tour Assisi with a local tour guide, a town known for its patron saints, Francis and Clare and its artistic and spiritual legacy. 

Tour the charming medieval town of Spello, known for its churches, Roman gate and flower festivals. Enjoy a wine tasting lunch at a famous wine shop. 

Enjoy a food tour of Perugia and a chocolate making class and learn not only about the food, but the history of Perugia, the capital of Umbria. Perugia is known for its university, chocolate and the griffin symbol.

Visit Deruta where the classic colorful Italian ceramics are made. Enjoy a hands-on class and make your own ceramic souvenir.  

Learn to make classic Italian dishes in a hands-on cooking class alongside an Italian chef in her own home. You will prepare a delicious 4-course meal in the chef's villa.

Visit a family-owned olive grove, learn how olive oil is made, and taste their delicious olive oil paired with food.
