Africa Expo Tour Conditions

Booking and Payments:

• A non-refundable deposit of $250 per person is required at the time of booking.
• Final payments must be made no later than 30 days before the departure date. Payments received after the deadline will incur a $50 administrative fee.

Cancellations:

• Africa Expo Tours reserves the right to cancel any reservation not paid in full by the 30-day deadline, without a refund.
• Reinstating a reservation will be treated as a last-minute booking and requires the current airfare rate plus a $250 administrative fee.

Refund Policy:

• All payments to Africa Expo Tours are non-refundable and non-transferable due to contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors. This ensures competitive pricing and allows for installment payments.
• If the trip is suspended by Africa Expo Tours, a travel credit will be provided. Travel credits must be used within 12 months of issuance.

Medical Cancellations:

• Medical cancellations must be submitted in writing with a doctor’s note.  
  • Cancellations made 90+ days before departure will incur a $1,000 per person administrative fee.
  • Cancellations made 89 days or less before departure will incur a $1,500 per person administrative fee.

Travel Protection:

• Travel protection is required.
• No refunds are provided for unused services, sightseeing, or activities.
• Africa Expo Tours reserves the right to modify or cancel any part of the tour as necessary.

Photographic Release:

• Participation in tours grants Africa Expo Tours permission to use photos or videos for promotional purposes without compensation.

Responsibility Disclaimer:

• Africa Expo Tours and its agents are not liable for injuries, property loss, delays, or changes caused by factors beyond their control, including third-party service providers.
• The responsibility of transportation companies ends once passengers disembark from their conveyances. The terms and conditions of the carriers will govern during travel.

Come along with your adventurous spirit as we hike to the breathtaking Asenema Waterfalls! Wander through lush forests and navigate rocky paths to uncover the hidden beauty of the cascading falls.
