Tobago Wellbeing Retreat
This more than a wellbeing getaway. It is an intentional pause from everyday life. A chance to slow down, reconnect with yourself and restore your energy in a place of extraordinary natural beauty.
This retreat offers space to breathe deeply, move gently, rest fully and reflect without pressure or expectation. Time away from noise and routine, held in a supportive environment where nothing is required of you except to arrive as you are.
You will leave feeling rested, centred and nourished, with renewed clarity, calm and a deeper sense of connection to yourself.
Tobago is a very special place for me. I have travelled here on and off for almost 30 years, returning time and time again because there is nowhere quite like it.
The island remains largely unspoilt and deeply peaceful. The sea is extraordinary, clear, warm and alive. On previous trips, I have seen turtles and swum above manta rays, both truly breathtaking and magical moments. The bird life is incredible, with hummingbirds hovering in many corners of the island alongside an array of some of the most beautiful birds I have ever seen. I have also experienced the richness of Tobago’s rainforest and coastline, each offering its own sense of wonder and calm.
From hidden waterfalls and quiet coves to cocoa plantations and vibrant local culture, Tobago feels like a true treasure. A place where nature leads, time slows, and the body naturally softens.
It is the perfect setting for a wellbeing retreat rooted in simplicity, beauty and reconnection.
This retreat is designed to gently guide you back into balance through movement, breath, mindfulness and rest. Each day follows a spacious, unhurried rhythm, allowing time for both guided practices and personal integration.
Daily yoga and mindful movement sessions led by Kerry, including gentle stretching and Vinyasa Flow. These practices are designed to awaken the body, release tension and encourage a deeper connection between mind and body. All sessions are accessible and adaptable to your experience level.
Daily breathwork and mindfulness practices, alongside one deeper Transformational Breathwork session. These sessions support emotional release, nervous system regulation and a sense of inner calm, clarity and appreciation.
Guided moments of reflection and daily journaling prompts to support insight, awareness and personal integration. This is a private, self led process offering space to explore whatever arises for you.
Time to swim in the sea, explore the island, rest by the water, walk in nature or simply do nothing at all. Tobago invites presence and ease, and this retreat honours that pace. Together, these elements create a supportive rhythm that allows you to reset from the inside out.
Time to explore is gently woven into the retreat, offering the opportunity to experience Tobago’s natural beauty, local culture and slower rhythm of life.
