About Hannah
Hannah is the founder of Good Life Yoga School, a teacher training school focussing on vinyasa, restorative practices, and the psychology of moving to music. A yoga teacher with 13 years' experience, she is also a musician and psychotherapist and teaches vinyasa by synching breath and movement to a steady beat of music she has created, aiding flow state and regulating the nervous system.
Hannah grew up a professional ballerina (the ballet shoes went on at the age of 2), before a History degree from Cambridge, a post-grad from the Royal Academy of Music, and several years in the West End in musical theatre, whilst also working as a Producer and writer. Finally, she followed the one calm influence in her life, and flew to India to train as a yoga teacher!
She has since trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Rocket, Mandala Vinyasa, Qigong, Yin, Embodied Yoga Practice and Trauma-informed practice. At the heart of her teaching is finding comfort in the body, as well as guiding students to become the experts of their own practice, so they can listen to their body's needs and respond in the way they choose to practice.
You can find Hannah teaching around SE London, or running trainings, immersions and retreats around Europe. Alternatively, you will find her snuggling her two dogs, Fred and Dana.
