Kerry Flower is the founder of Together we Breathe, a wellness company dedicated to creating nurturing and enriching experiences for companies, brands and members clubs where individuals can reconnect, focus, and find joy. With a deep passion for healing practices and personal transformation, Kerry brings warmth, wisdom, and authenticity to every retreat she leads.
In 2024, Kerry travelled to Botswana and Zimbabwe, hosting her first retreat at Munga Plains. There, she fell in love with the vast open landscapes, vibrant cultures, kind hearted people, and nourishing food. This experience sparked a lasting connection with Africa, and she now returns regularly to host immersive wellbeing retreats that honour nature, celebrate culture, and support deep inner renewal.

About Jo
Jo Glynn-Smith is a founder, entrepreneur and leadership coach specialising in career transitions and personal transformation. As the founder of The Ascent Associates, she works with leaders, businesses and entrepreneurs through pivotal moments of change, helping them find clarity, confidence and direction as they shape the next chapter of their professional and personal lives.
At The Reset Retreat, Jo will lead the coaching element of the programme. Her reflective, energising approach will help guests reconnect with themselves, recognise what’s been holding them back, and leave with a clear sense of purpose and possibility for the future, both personally and professionally.
Alongside her coaching practice, Jo is the host of The Midlife Entrepreneur podcast, a platform dedicated to celebrating female founded businesses and showing that it’s never too late to start something new.
A regular contributor to Harper’s Bazaar, Jo writes about all things work and career related, offering thoughtful, practical insights for women navigating change with confidence and authenticity.
Munga Plains menu is designed by Tswana chef and author of Taste of Botswana Ednah Rosen, our chef prepares delicious, bountiful and nutritious local dishes, from healthy, gluten-free salads, veggie samosas, meat options and revitalising juices made with our garden's seasonal fruits.

Arrive at Victoria Falls Airport, Zimbabwe, and start your retreat with a visit of Victoria Falls town followed by a peaceful evening. Kerry and Jo will talk you through what's ahead. The day will have moments, for grounding and journaling.
Victoria Falls, known locally as Mosi-oa-Tunya or "The Smoke That Thunders," is one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World. Straddling the border between Zambia and Zimbabwe, it is the largest waterfall in the world based on combined width and height, creating a stunning and awe-inspiring spectacle.

Start your day early with a stunning sunrise movement and breathwork session on a boat gliding on the Zambezi river, with stunning wildlife on the banks and in the river. We will return back to the hotel for some free time and our first coaching session, and then head out on e-bikes to visit Victoria Fall's town, visit the markets and then head to lunch. We will have time to rest and relax and will then head into Victoria Fall's for a cultural dinner.

After breakfast, we'll make the journey across the boarder into Botswana. Once in Botswana we will start our boat cruise on Chobe's river front, a moment to start to take in the beauty of Chobe National park and the wide range of amazing wildlife it has to offer.
We will then carry on to a game drive to our HATAB campsite for our fireside dinner.
Chobe National Park boasts the world’s largest concentration of elephants, often seen in herds along the Chobe River. The park is also home to lions, leopards, buffaloes, and a variety of antelope species. Birdwatchers can delight in over 450 species of birds, making it a paradise for ornithologists.

Wake up in Chobe National Park with the sounds of wildlife surrounding you. Go for an early morning game drive to spot more wild animals before breakfast back at the camp and further safari with lunch and mindfulness in Chobe National Park.
We will then head to Munga Plains, to settle in to your last stop of the trip where we will spend the next 5nights.

After the daily practice, and second group coaching session, take a guided village tour with the Basubiya people, followed by traditional dances and boma dinner around the fire pit.

A full day game drive, breakfast and lunch on the jeep and in Chobe National Park, with time for breathwork and journaling.

Another day focused on the practice of yoga, breathwork and meditation.
After lunch, hop on a horse to ride through the savannah and spot zebras, Botswana's national animal, and other wildlife. If horse riding isn't your thing something else will be provided.
