Over the course of the weekend, you are gently guided out of doing and into being. Out of tension and into receptivity. Out of performance and into presence.

Each element is intentionally woven to support your nervous system in softening, your body in opening, and your awareness in deepening. Through ritual, somatic practices, sound, breath, voice, movement, and shared reflection, we move through layers of holding and protection, allowing space for something more honest, more embodied, and more alive to emerge.
