Cancellation Policy

  1. 48+ Hours Before Tour Date: Full refund minus the non-refundable deposit (if applicable).

  2. 24-48 Hours Before Tour Date: 50% refund.

  3. Less than 24 Hours / No Show: No refund.

  4. Rescheduling: Allowed once at no extra cost if requested 48+ hours before the tour date. Subject to availability.

Children Policy

  1. Ages 0-3: Free of charge (must be accompanied by an adult).

  2. Ages 4-10: 50% of the adult price.

  3. Ages 11+: Full adult price.

  4. All children must be under the supervision of an adult throughout the tour.

Day 1

Dar es Salaam – Flight to Iringa – Transfer to Ruaha – Half Day Game D

Morning flight from Dar es Salaam to Iringa (approx. 1 hr)

  • Arrival at 10:00 AM, meet and greet by your guide

  • Scenic drive to Ruaha National Park

  • After check-in, enjoy a half-day game drive in Tanzania’s largest national park

  • Spot elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, antelopes, and more

  • Sunset views and dinner at your safari lodge
    Overnight: Safari Lodge/Camp in Ruaha National Park

Full Day Game Drive in Ruaha National Park

Early breakfast at the lodge

  • Full-day game drive in different zones of the park, including the Ruaha River ecosystem

Morning Game Drive to Iringa Town via Kalenga & Igeleke Rock Paint

Optional early morning game drive or relaxed breakfast

  • Depart Ruaha and head toward Iringa Town

  • En route, stop by Kalenga Museum – home of Chief Mkwawa’s heritage

  • Lunch at a local restaurant in Iringa town

  • Visit Igeleke Rock Paintings, a sacred rock art site

  • Check-in to town accommodation for overnight stay

Day 4

Isimila Stone Age Site – Mufindi Tea Farms

After breakfast, visit the Isimila Stone Age Site, known for prehistoric tools and fascinating rock formations

  • Drive through scenic highlands to Mufindi Tea Plantations with packed lunch

  • Walk among the tea fields and enjoy the peaceful environment

  • Return to Iringa town in the evening

  • Time allowing, stop by Gangilonga Rock (a place of spiritual significance and panoramic views)

Iringa Town Tour – Flight to Dar es Salaam

After breakfast, enjoy a heritage walking tour of Iringa town:

  • Visit Iringa Boma Museum, the Hanging Tree, and colonial-era buildings

  • Explore local art markets and interact with community guides

  • Lunch and refreshments at a local cafe

  • Transfer to the airport for your 5:00 PM flight back to Dar es Salaam
