This is a weekend just for you. Time to be immersed in yoga, nourished by breath-taking views, incredible food and a community of women on the path to discovery. To feel the transformation that takes place when you are held. To connect to your power and freedom when you release self-imposed limitations. A balance of community and journeying inward. To reconnect and feel the abundance of your life. Surrounded by stunning views of the mountains and Kachemak bay, you'll feel more expansive by simply being in the divine presence of nature.
The Practice:
Our practice will be focused on ABUNDANCE. Recognizing all that we already have and feeling deep contentment. Exploring areas where we feel limitations and expanding abundance into that. The practice will incorporate restorative, kundalini, deep stretch, vinyasa, self-massage, breathwork, visualization, guided meditation and chanting to guide you deeply into yourself.
The Nourishment:
Jule Harle, a certified Ayurvedic practitioner and skilled chef, will prepare meals for you that will both nourish and delight you. She specializes in crafting meals that are both seasonal and delicious. https://www.ayurvedamindbody.org/meet-jule.html
Our space is a beautiful house that we will share for the weekend. We will have our meals together overlooking glaciers and Kachemak bay.

We will go deep in our practices. You will break through self-limiting thoughts and reveal your expansive true self. Some practices will be deeply restorative. Some will be exhilarating.

Please bring your own yoga mat and props such as a bolster, blanket, 2 blocks and anything else you like to practice with
5 pm: Arrival and welcome! You will get settled in and enjoy light refreshments.
6pm: Opening ceremony
7pm: Dinner
8pm: Restorative Yoga to prepare you for a blissful nights sleep.

8-10am: invigorating practice
10-11am: breakfast
11-3: optional hiking, quiet time or exploring Homer (a packed lunch will be provided)
3-5pm: practice

7:30pm: restorative evening practice
