Enjoy some nourishing and healthy meals to fuel your body and mind. All meals will be provided and will be gluten-free. Water, coffee, and hot tea provided.
Classes throughout the weekend include yoga, meditation, breathwork, and reiki. Yoga mats, blocks, and bolsters will be provided.
You will receive a welcome gift upon arrival.
You will need to provide your own transportation to and from the retreat.
