Set against the stunning backdrop of Vermont’s fall foliage, this retreat isn’t just about navigating perimenopause, menopause or postmenopause; it’s about celebrating the strength of women—because let’s face it, together we’re like a fine wine: we get better with age and a little bit of fermentation (or perhaps that’s just the cheese platter).


Educational Sessions: Our engaging sessions will unravel the mysteries of what happens to our bodies during this time. Think of it as “Menopause 101,” where we’ll cover everything from hot flashes to hormonal shifts, all while ensuring you leave with practical tools and solutions, and maybe even a menopause coach to tackle the journey ahead. Who knew menopause could be enlightening—and empowering?


Nourishing Meals: Prepare your taste buds for a culinary experience that embraces high-protein, nutrient-dense foods designed to support hormonal balance. There will also be desserts because, let’s be honest, life is too short not to enjoy a little sweetness—especially when you’re navigating the wild ride of menopause! You'll leave with a handy recipe book detailing the wonderful meals we shared, so you can duplicate them at home.


Personalized Testing: For those curious about their unique needs, we’ll offer testing options that will help you uncover what your body truly craves. Your results will be explained by a Functional Medicine Doctor at the retreat! After all, knowing what’s going on in there can be empowering—just think of it as a backstage pass to your own body’s concert!


Yoga and Movement: Our daily yoga sessions will gently guide you through poses that bring flexibility and strength, all while reminding you to breathe deeply. Daily Resistance training will help build muscle and confidence, did you know after age 30 women lose 3-5% of their muscle mass each decade? Women 50 and over lose up to 3% of muscle each year! Without resistance training you are at a greater risk of injury and your ability to recover from simple injuries is diminished significatly. Let’s face it: strong women lifting each other up is an unstoppable force—and we’ll be raising more than just our spirits!


Community Connection: This retreat is all about gathering in one space to share stories, challenges, and triumphs. The camaraderie here is potent; proving once again that when women come together, we can conquer anything—even those pesky menopausal symptoms.


Reflection and Renewal: With plenty of free time, you can choose to reflect, meditate, or simply enjoy the beauty around you. Whether you’re journaling your thoughts or taking a hike in the vermont mountain, this time is yours to recharge—because sometimes, the best therapy is a little peace and quiet (or a good laugh with new friends).

Typical Full Day Intinerary

Light Breakfast

9:30 to 10:45 Resistance Training (all levles)

12:00 - 1:30 Luch & Learn

2:00 - 5:00 Free time (get a massage, go for hike, or shop!)

6:00pm Dinner

8:30pm Soothing Yoga Class (all levels)

3 meals a day on full days. Dinner on arrival night and Brunch on departure mormning.

4 days 3 nights. Check in after 4:00pm on Arrival night. Depart by 1:00pm on Departure date. After Brunch!

This Vermont retreat celebrates women navigating the second half of life (perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause) emphasizing strength, community, and self-care. Participants will gain knowledge through engaging educational sessions, enjoy nourishing high-protein meals designed for hormonal balance (with desserts included!), and have access to personalized health testing with a subject manner expert. Daily yoga and resistance training will promote strength and flexibility, while shared experiences foster deep connections. With time for reflection and renewal in a beautiful natural setting, this retreat is an empowering journey of self-discovery, laughter, and support—because women are stronger together!
