Step into the heart of Egypt’s timeless power, where sound, ritual, and sacred sites converge to alchemize your truest expression.
The ancient Egyptians knew the winter solstice as a passageway of resurrection, marking the deep mid-winter rebirth of light when the sun god, Amun-Ra, overcame forces of darkness.
Conclude your adventure with a ceremony to honor and integrate your experience. Kat will lead us in building etheric alters to our personal medicines, taking all we’ve experienced and integrating our transformation into how we walk our paths forward into the rest of our lives.
Our alchemical agenda…our shamanic schedule, if you will…
Because we’re not just sight-seeing. Oh, no no; we’re entering a sacred container of titrated transformation designed to gently guide you through metamorphic, metaphoric death and rebirth.

In the afternoon, we will open the body’s sonic channels through vagal toning, harmonizing the voice, mudras, and seed sounds to locate and activate our sacred sounds. We’ll also discuss the physics of sound and how vibration impacts the physical and subtle bodies.
After dinner at the hotel, we will continue our sound journey on an excursion to a Sound Healing Chamber.
Day 3 » Friday, Dec. 19
