About your trip

A Women’s Sea Kayaking & Reflection Retreat

Discover the magic of Baja California Sur’s Espíritu Santo Island — a UNESCO-protected paradise of turquoise waters, white-sand beaches, and volcanic cliffs. This soulful women’s retreat blends outdoor adventure with deep renewal, inviting you to flow with the rhythm of the sea, nature, and sisterhood.

Each day brings choice and ease — kayak among dolphins, snorkel with playful sea lions, wander desert canyons, or simply rest beneath the stars. Anchored by reflections from Gift from the Sea by Anne Morrow Lindbergh, you’ll find space to reconnect with yourself and the beauty around you.

Our luxury beach camp features walk-in tents with real beds, shaded gathering spaces, and the sound of waves as your lullaby. With skiffs nearby, every activity is supported — so you can move at your own pace and fully relax into the experience.

Join us to unplug, connect, and rediscover life’s natural ebb and flow.

Beauty, Belonging, and Shared Joy

“The awe-inspiring beauty of the ocean, the landscape, the brilliant sun, and vast starlit sky which was just the backdrop for 16 amazing women gathered together to talk, love and be loved. All of it felt "personal" - all of it was a highlight!"

- Baja Guest

Trip HIghlights

  • The Best of Baja in October – Calm turquoise seas, warm breezes, and abundant marine life. Paddle hidden coves, snorkel with playful sea lions, and relax on golden beaches.

  • Connection That Lasts – Share stories, laughter, and meaningful conversations around the fire, on the trail, or drifting on the water.

  • Space to Renew – Choose your own rhythm: paddle, hike desert paths, or rest quietly beneath a star-filled sky. Gentle reflections help you return home lighter and clearer.

  • Unplug and Be Present – Step away from daily routines and enjoy the freedom of being phone-free, with time to slow down and simply be.

  • Guided Growth, Your Way – Start the day with a light practice or canyon walk, and end with optional journaling and circles of sisterhood. Always an invitation, never an obligation.

  • Activities for All Levels – Paddle 5–10 miles a day in stable double kayaks (singles available), with breaks and a rest day included. Short, scenic hikes available.

  • Comfortable Camp Life – Spacious tents with cots, pads and lanterns, private toilets, freshwater rinse, and the option to sleep under the stars. Wake to coffee and sunrise by the sea.

  • Fresh Baja Flavors – Enjoy meals prepared on the beach: ceviche, tamales, tacos, grilled fish, fresh fruit, and homemade desserts. Dietary needs gladly accommodated.

  • Ideal Weather – Warm, sunny days in the 80s, comfortable evenings in the 60s, and water perfect for kayaking, snorkeling, and swimming.

  • What to Bring – Lightweight clothing, sun protection, a journal, and any personal favorites. Sleeping bags and snorkel gear available to rent, or bring your own.
