Payment Plan:
1. Pay $500 per person non-refundable deposit
2. Pay the remainder due in monthly payments
Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellation will result in the loss of the non-refundable deposit. A cancellation between February 15 and August 30, 2026 will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price. Any cancellation made after September 1, 2026 will result in a total loss of the trip price.
This is why we are requiring that you purchase Travel Insurance to attend this retreat to protect your investment and our contractual obligations. We strongly recommend that you purchase Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) insurance to best protect your investment. You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance and choose from several policy options or a travel insurance company of your choice. You will also be required to sign a Travel Insurance Form.

Imiloa is an alcohol free venue so that all participant can remain embodied and present. Private transportation is available if you wish to go into town for some cocktails.
