Jen Hebenton - Jen is a passionate health and wellness practitioner with over a decade of experience. Highly trained in somatic practices, with an extensive background in yoga and movement, she helps guests reconnect with their mind and body in powerful, uplifting ways. Juliet Gracey - Juliet is an accredited holistic therapist and COSCA certified counsellor with a background in coaching and empowerment practices. She blends evidence-based techniques with intuitive programmes to create transformative wellbeing experiences. Her passion is helping guests build lasting growth, resilience and renewal through practical, lifelong coping strategies.
Molly Gracey - As a Luxury Travel Manager, Molly designs journeys that inspire both inner growth and outer exploration. With a background in premium group and bespoke travel, she creates seamless experiences that allow for real self-reconnection. Her goal for the retreat’s is to use travel as a tool for unlocking confidence, clarity, and purposeful action.

A warm welcome with a family-style healthy brunch and juice bar. We begin with a gentle sharing circle to set intentions and cultivate connection within the group.
Morning Sessions
Two intimate groups of 15:
Group A: Somatic breath work and gentle movement flow (outdoors weather permitting) to ground presence and enhance body awareness.
Group B: Resilience coaching session focusing on practical tools for emotional strength and personal empowerment.
Mindful Group Walk
The entire group will come together for a mindful walk around the gorgeous grounds, integrating breath, movement, and awareness to deepen calm and presence.
Nourishing Lunch
A gorgeous, sit-down two-course lunch offering a deliciously nutritious menu designed to support wellbeing.

Closing Circle, Spa Access & Departure
Concluding with a focused intention-setting exercise, celebrating personal insights and growth. Guests are then able to enjoy the club’s facilities at their leisure.
