You’ll learn through a mix of theory, realistic scenarios, and ocean-based rescue training. It’s challenging, but incredibly rewarding — and often called the most valuable course a diver can take.

You’ll learn how to assess emergencies, provide primary care (CPR), administer oxygen, and handle basic first aid situations. It’s essential for any rescue diver or dive professional — and a valuable life skill for anyone. The course is hands-on, internationally recognized, and can be completed in just one day.
