The Dive Pirates Foundation invites anyone to join this unique dive trip alongside divers with disabilities, sharing the joy of scuba with those experiencing it for the first time in a fun, family atmosphere that transforms a vacation into a celebration of the human spirit.

The Foundation offers dive trips to people with disabilities, raises funds for new recipients, welcomes returning recipients, and embraces friends and families who want to dive and connect with our fun-loving group.

Dive Pirates Member Discount

Upon completion of your trip registration, membership verification will be conducted, and $100 will be deducted from your trip package total.

1. Verify your Passport

   Ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond the trip dates. Many countries require this for entry, so double-check your expiration date early.

2. Dive Accident Insurance

   Remember, your regular health insurance typically doesn't cover you abroad. Protect yourself both in and out of the water with DAN Accident Insurance — it's designed specifically for divers. (Click the link above to learn more.)

3. Service Your Scuba Equipment

   Before the trip, have all your personal scuba gear inspected and serviced by a qualified technician. Reliable, well-maintained equipment is the foundation of safe diving.

4. Complete a Scuba Refresher Course

   If it's been a while since your last dive, schedule a refresher course with your local Dive Pirates chapter or dive shop. This will help you feel confident and ready for every adventure under water.

• Sharing a double room with one diver and one non-diver: Please choose one Diver-Female Roommate or Diver-Male Roommate package and one Non-Diver package when registering.

• Accessible rooms, as well as single and triple occupancy rates are available, choose the alternate room package and we'll figure out the details with you and adjust your trip balance as needed.

• Payment plans are optional

• Alternate Extra night packages for single or non-diver are available if you cannot depart on Saturday, June 20th

• Deposit: A $1,000 down payment is required to hold your registration. Your spot on the trip is not guaranteed until this payment has been received.

• Deposit Policy: Deposits are non-refundable within 90 days of the scheduled departure date. Travelers who are unable to attend may transfer their registration to another participant if they find a replacement and notify Dive Pirates in writing.

• Final Payment: The remaining trip balance must be paid in full no later than 60 days prior to departure. Failure to pay the remaining balance by this date may result in forfeiture of your reservation and deposit.

• Cancellations:

  • If you must cancel more than 90 days before departure, your deposit will be refunded minus a $50 administrative fee.

  • Cancellations made within 90 days of departure are non-refundable.

  • If the trip is canceled by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather events or travel restrictions), all payments will be refunded in full or may be applied to a future trip, at the traveler’s choice.

• Refund Policy: All package components are sold as a complete package. No refunds or credits will be issued for unused services, dives, or other portions of the package.

• Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing a travel insurance policy to cover unexpected events such as illness, injury, family emergencies, or travel disruptions. • Traveler Responsibility: Participants are responsible for ensuring their passport, travel documents, and required vaccinations are valid and up to date. Any costs associated with travel delays, missed connections, or lost luggage are the responsibility of the traveler.
