With 20 years experience on the mat, Natalie teaches breathing as the foundation of your Yoga practice. Believing that while a good asana practice improves your health, strength and flexibility, a practice of asana combined with a devoted breathwork and meditation practice holds the key to personal transformation. Integrating Eastern wisdom and Western psychological theories, Natalie is passionate about building transformative retreat experiences designed to help you live in alignment with your authentic self.
Amber Ellis
Training originally as a dancer and musical theatre performer, Amber brings and a unique, powerful and graceful energy to all her classes. With over 10 years teaching experience she brings a wide range of knowledge, understanding and technique to her instructing. Amber appreciates the incredible healing power of Pilates and is hugely passionate to share that with her clients - providing a warm and supportive environment, she ensures clients feel empowered, inspired and leave her sessions feeling strong.
