Card payments can be made online through the We Travel website, or via telephone bookings.

Should passengers need to cancel their trip once paid, a coach fee refund may be due depending on the notice period as outlined below.

WHERE POSSIBLE WE WILL TRY TO TRANSFER COACH TICKET TO ANOTHER PASSENGER / OR TRANSFER PAYMENT TO ANOTHER TRIP BOOKED

In addition to the above it should be noted that where tickets have been purchased e.g. Theatre or entrance tickets, these are non-refundable. We are happy to transfer these to a passenger of your choice who may be able to go in your place

Whilst we will endeavour to assist passengers with restricted disabilities, seat reservations cannot be guaranteed, please request at time of booking. Pets are not permitted on the coach, with the exception of disability assistance dogs.

Age UK Cheshire coach trips have a Representative on the coach and contact details of this person will be given out during the outbound journey, should contact need to be made during the trip. Our representatives, however, do not provide personal care. Passengers are required to be independent and ambulant on the trip, or they must bring a friend/relative/carer with them. Mobility aids may be taken and will be stored in the coach luggage compartment.
