This "Reset" is a retreat on it's own - complete with spa credits, a sunset stand up paddle board tour, full day snorkeling trip to Ang Thong Marine Park, and afternoon to lounge at a nearby beach resort before enjoying an exquisite sunset view from their rooftop restaurant for dinner. This add-on reset is the ultimate way to close your journey.
In addition to morning Reformer classes (all levels are welcome!), guests will have the option to book private and duet reformer sessions for personalized support and deeper transformation.

ABSOLUTE SANCTUARY is Asia’s top wellness resort for fitness, health and more. Located on the North Eastern side of Ko Samui, also known as the island of healing, they set the benchmark for effective wellness programs and pride themselves on being the only fitness wellness resort in Asia. They are located just 5 mins drive away from the airport and the popular Chaweng & Cheong Mon beaches. A regular shuttle bus service runs from the resort to the beaches.

Snacks/lunches on or offsite with be the responsibility of the client with the exception of the meals provided on the snorkeling trip.

Transfer to Absolute Sanctuary and settle into your room before heading out for a 2-hour Stand Up Paddle Board tour at sunset.
Head by speed boat to Ang Thong National Marine Park for snorkeling and sightseeing, including the "Emerald Lake" know as "Talay Nai". Spend the afternoon relaxing on the beach, or adventure by kayaking or climbing up to the mountain's top to take a look fantastic panorama of the National Marine Park. Kayaking or hiking are optional, but included in the trip.
After the daily morning Reformer Pilates class, spend the morning poolside or at Absolute's spa. In the afternoon we'll head to a beachside resort to relax at a poolside or beach cabana. We'll stay for dinner at their rooftop restaurant while enjoying one last Thai sunset together.
