The world class dive sites of Browning Pass are just a short boat ride away from God’s Pocket Bay (aptly named for its protected waters and cozy cove). This area is home to a mind-boggling concentration and diversity of marine life.
A week of diving at God's Pocket consists of a 6 night stay at our off grid lodge with 5 full dive days. Each dive day you will have the opportunity to go out on 3 boat dives, and you’ll be fed 3 delicious meals. Dives are typically 45min – 1hr long to match the slack tides, and when you’re done you’ll be hoisted up on our dive elevator without having to take off a single fin. We also offer 1 night / evening dive in the bay per week.
Each diver must have been COLD WATER diving within the last 60 days
Have an Advanced Diver or higher dive certification
Have a minimum of 100 logged dives (50 of which must be COLD WATER/DRYSUIT dives)
Be Nitrox Certified--NITROX IS INCLUDED
Dive Accident Insurance is Required.

It takes approximately 4+ hours to drive from Nanaimo, to Port Hardy. We recommend a stop in Campbell River for gas, lunch, and to pick up supplies (any food, beverages, and alcohol you want to bring with you).
