CHATEAU CELLES

FLIGHTS - You are to book your own flights from:

• Perth to Bordeaux by the 3rd August 2026 (at your own cost)

• Stay overnight in Bordeaux weekend prior to August 3rd (optional - additional expense) or arrive in Bordeaux 3rd August 2025 ready to depart at 12pm.

• You will be collected from a pickup spot (TBA) in Bordeaux at 12pm on

Monday 3rd August 2026 by Sasha & Martin. You will be transported in our vehicles to your castle and throughout the trip's activities.

• A French charcuterie board and welcome drinks will be served on arrival at the chateaux at approx. 4PM

• You will have time to shower, unpack and settle in

• Dinner will be served in the castle accommodation between 6-7pm

• Please send us a copy of your flights, passports & travel insurance

• Please send us any food allergies or requests

• Please send us next of kins and emergency no’s

• Accommodation: Arrive at your luxury accommodation and take time to settle in.
• Relaxation: Enjoy chilling out while we cook for you and let you relax with a nice wine or two and some welcome French delicacies
• Dinner: Experience a welcome dinner featuring French cuisine prepared by us.

• Explore quaint French stone villages on the way to lunch at Tremolat

• Enjoy Gastronomic Delights as you savour a Michelin Degustation Lunch, Afternoon rest in the castle & dinner.

• Hot Air Balloon Ride: We visit the town of Beynac and its fortress, along with visiting Château de Castelnaud.

• Explore the medieval fortresses with panoramic views and learn about the region’s history.

• Take a scenic boat cruise along the Dordogne River at La Roque-Gageac.

• Enjoy a picnic lunch before we explore the mountain top ‘beaux’ village of Domme.

• End your day with a breathtaking hot air balloon ride by sunset over the Beynac castle.

• Day of rest and free time to unwind and enjoy the pool and castle grounds.

•For those not doing the cooking class, explore the medieval town of Sarlat at leisure.

•Enjoy local Patisserie: coffee & croissants & lunch at your own cost in Sarlat.

•Those joining French cooking class & lunch, willthen explore Sarlat in the afternoon.

•Dinner: Indulge in a relaxed evening with the meals prepared during the day.

• •Rocamadour: Visit the stunning UNESCO-rated ‘beau’ village of Rocamadour,

  famous for Roquefort cheese. Then onto Collonges-la-Rouge, another ‘beau’ village.

• Enjoy a picnic lunch with Roquefort cheese and French pate & rillette.

• In Haus cooking class & dinner.

• Chateau Visit: Explore a renowned castle and a enjoy a delectable picnic lunch.

• Village Exploration: Discover the picturesque village and its medieval architecture.

• Return for Dinner

• Winery Visit: Explore the renowned village of St-Émilion with its medieval architecture and the stunning countryside surrounded by wineries and vineyards.

• Return for a cooking class and dinner.

• Château Visits: Tour Château de Jumilhac, Ségur-le-Château, and Hautefort to experience the grandeur of French châteaux.
• Country Drives: Enjoy scenic drives through the countryside, taking in the stunning French landscapes.

• Time to relax before your departure!

• Guidance & Support: We will be there to guide and cater to your every need throughout the retreat.
• Preparation: Ensure you have comfortable clothing for various activities and weather conditions, and be ready for a truly unforgettable gastronomic adventure.
