About your trip

Join Kim and Whitney for a grounding and revitalizing 4-day retreat in the Catskills, as we mark the Spring Equinox - a time of equal light and dark, of pause and potential.  We invite you to reconnect with your center through intentional movement, stillness, and self-inquiry.


Each day, we’ll move through thoughtfully curated practices in yoga, Pilates, and guided meditation and journaling. Together, we’ll explore the shifting balance of strength and softness, structure and flow, and the quiet unfolding of who we are becoming. You’ll also have time to rest, reflect, and nourish yourself with delicious meals, nature walks, and connection in community. This retreat will have a little bit of everything for a well-rounded experience.


Whether you’re seeking a reset, inspiration, or simply space to breathe, this retreat offers an opportunity to return to yourself, supported by the rhythms of nature, the power of practice, and the magic of Menla.

Why both Yoga & Pilates?

We’ve included both Yoga and Pilates in this retreat because we love and value what each brings to the table. Together, they offer a well-rounded experience that supports strength, alignment, flexibility, and mindful movement in different but complementary ways.

Keep in mind as well that this retreat is yours to personalize: attend the sessions that speak to you, whether that’s flowing through yoga, building core strength in Pilates, or both. Every offering is here to support your own unique journey.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing and confirmed via email to flowandanchor@gmail.com.

  • Cancel by 12/31/2025 for a full refund, minus the $375 non-refundable deposit.

  • Cancellations in January 2026 receive a 50% refund.

  • No refunds will be issued after 1/31/2026.
