• For pick-up at your hotel, you will have a maximum waiting time of 5 minutes in the lobby. If the waiting time in the lobby or at the meeting point exceeds this limit, it will also be considered a “NO SHOW,” and the following conditions will apply: the payment made will not be refundable, it will not be left as a credit balance, and it cannot be used for other services.

• For the return to the hotel, the maximum waiting time at the meeting point is 10 minutes. We recommend that you stay in contact with us in case you experience any delays.

• Any service between 8:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. will incur an additional surcharge of 400 Mexican pesos or $25 USD, which must be paid in cash (not included in the rate established in this reservation).
